Each item on the shop will display either one of the following two stock icons.
In Stock. Ships in 24hours
This means that the item is in stock and we will ship the parcel within 24 hours of the payment clearing.
Your item is not a stock item but is ordered from the manufacturer as you place the order. You will be notified when the item is in stock and is ready for shipping. Should you select one of these items together with items that is in stock we will give you the option of waiting for your entire order before we post it, or posting the in stock items immediatly.
We currently have the following shipping methods available during checkout. Please ensure that you select the corrent shippingmethod.
- R0.00 shipping option is only if you want to collect the parcel from us. We only have an online shop (no physical walk in shop) and you can collect the parcel from us in Kuilsriver, Cape Town after hours only. Alternatively with prior arrangement you can collect the parcel from me during the day in Salt River.
- LOCAL DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY - R55.00 : Overnight delivery to Cape Town and Surrounds. Needs physical address and someone to sign for parcel between 08:00 and 17:00.
- OVERNIGHT DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY TO MAIN CENTERS - R90.00 : Overnight door to door to main centers (Cape Town, JHB, Bloemfontein, P.E. , George, Durban, Pretoria only) Needs physical address and someone needs to sign for parcel between 08:00 and 17:00 week days only.
- REGIONAL DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY - R145.00 : 24h to 72h door to door delivery depending on location. Far out towns may take longer. Needs physical address and someone needs to sign for parcel between 08:00 and 17:00 week days only.
You can also arrange your own courier company to collect the parcel from us. This will be for your own account.
We endure to post your parcel within 24 hours of receiving your payment. You will find our banking details on the invoice you receive after completing the checkout.Please email us proof of payment by responding to the email using your order number as reference.
Even though we do our best to ensure that the stock levels on the shop is live we may have some out of stock items from time to time. If this happens we will email you and inform you which items are out of stock. If you have allready paid we can either refund you or replace the items with a substitute.
Please ensure that the postal details that you have entered on your order is correct. We are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect address as supplied by customers.
lINSURANCE IS NOT INCLUDED if not requested. If insurance is not opted for, and the parcel does not reach destination, I cannot refund or be held responsible.
